Since the Wikileaks disclosure of a very small fraction of what they have, my bet: they have large files on every single current and former Representative, Senator, Judge, top aides, lobbyists at the federal level, and since harvested and storing that data is automatic, it wouldn’t surprise me if they have the same for state, and probably even county level officials too. I honestly think people have a hard time comprehending how enormous this surveillance network is, and how easy it is for them to do. The limiting factor is data storage space, and how to analyze the mountains of info.
