The FBI is investigating whether the Trump campaign colluded with a covert Russian operation to interfere with the election, FBI Director James Comey told Congress Monday — and he refuted the president's baseless claim that his predecessor wiretapped his communications.

Comey's confirmation in testimony before the House Intelligence Committee that the Trump campaign was the subject of a U.S. counterintelligence investigation was a revelation that could shadow the Trump presidency.

They sure hated when President Trump tweeted that Obama was spying in him! They sure can’t take it! Shut up the leaks and they got a taste of what they deserve. This is all just too stressful for Obama as he is out of the country. Does that prick think he’s gonna come back and be President again? Or is he on the other side of the world in case things go sideways and his minions fess up that he spied on the Republican candidate.

Yesterday, on FR there were two posts about Trump's poll numbers that I read.

One said his ratings were tanking, down below 40%. The other said his polls had gone up into the 50s.

I tried do a FR search for Trump poll numbers, ratings, approval polls, etc. but nothing came up. I entered every word in the exiting headlines and still nothing current. I got some stuff about the ratings during the campaign but nothing as president. And yet I was looking right at the posts with headlines about Trump's poll ratings.

What the heck is it with the FR search function, that it won't even find posts that are right before my eyes?

I've read other people say they posted an article because they didn't find any others already posted previously. And yet I know there were because I read them.

What gives with the FR search function? Does anybody know something I don't know? Just curious....

President Trump should have asked Comey for his resignation on Jan 20, 2017. If Comey refused, he should have been fired! He should have been let go if for no other reason than he was an Obama appointee. He is part of the SWAMP.

Can't fire him? BS! Clinton fired William Sessions in January of 1993 when he took office. There is no statutory restriction on a President firing a FBI director.

Comey seems to be walking the tightrope of a razor wire fence, with a foot on each side.

I think Obama & Jarrett did all kinds of investigative things, and I think Comey & others are going to have lots of egg on their faces eventually. Clapper & Brennan are two of the creepiest persons in Obama’s administration, also.
