Representative Elise M. Stefanik is a young, freshman republican congresswoman from the Albany New York area. And using a probative questioning timeline, she single-handily pulled the mask from FBI Director James Comey, yet no-one seemed to notice.
Obviously Ms. Stefanik has not been in the swamp long enough to lose her common sense.
In the segment of the questioning below Rep. Stefanik begins by asking director Comey what are the typical protocols, broad standards and procedures for notifying the Director of National Intelligence, the White House and senior congressional leadership (aka the intelligence Gang of Eight), when the FBI has opened a counter-intelligence investigation.
The parseltongue response from Comey is a generalized reply (with uncomfortable body language) that notification of counter-intel investigations are discussed with the White House, and other pertinent officials, on a calendar basis, ie. “quarterly”.
With the statement that such counter-intel notifications happen “generally quarterly”, and against the backdrop that Comey stated in July of 2016 a counter-intel investigation began, Stefanik asks:

And Deputy FBI Director McCabe seems in it up to his eyeballs. He was installed early last year some would say as a ‘mole’.
So it appears Comey is saying “it’s being investigated” to cover his own hide and others as well.

Sundance did write however that she missed an opportunity to lower the boom on Comey when he said there was no DNI. Sundance wrote there actually was. Maybe she didn’t know or maybe she did and was quick to let it pass until she gets a chance to bring it up again.
I particularly note how sharp she was to bring up Russian hacking tools that do indeed exist and how she grilled Comey over how the Russians attempted to hack not only democrats but republicans as well. Comey answered Yes the Russians attempted hacking of republicans many times. Her questioning of this was a fine way of showing there was no collusion of Russians and republicans to defeat democrats.
I see a rising star in her. But I don’t have a more complete profile of her yet.
That showboater Gowdy intimidated her....she was too dam good.
She had to back down so he could get the spotlight.
My hunch is not that Comey would be guilty of the actual act but would be complacent under “what did he know and when did he know it?”
He IS protecting himself by protecting the investigation !
Speaking of Trey Gowdy, whatever became of that Benghazi investigation? Seems like everything just faded away...

Comey said it was “the decision of the head of the counter intelligence division.”

IMHO, Elise does not look like a person you'd have to coach.....she's quick on her feet....and handled the follow-ups brilliantly.

Not solid. Some news clips say he was in a foreign country (Dominican Rep). However Trump Tower has been under surveillance for a long time.

Looking more and more to me that Comey is an attention whore, and has liberal leanings, regardless of his party registration.
