Really? Never lost a case as a Federal prosecutor. It isn’t his job to do “anything” to anyone. I think you and others expect this super human federal Judge Dredd to have powers not granted to his position under the constitution. In fact some around here like to toss around accusations as if Gowdy is expected to investigate, question, indict, prosecute, sentence, transport to jail and ensure their sentence is served accordingly. I don’t know where these fantasies come from but sorry his job is to present his case. He has done that quite successfully. It is up to the house and Senate through our spineless leaders to further prosecute.
Quite simply, all this hem hawing Gowdy this and Gowdy that doesn’t amount to a hill of beans. Have an issue? Drive for a change in leadership. You are barking up the wrong tree.
Read the constitution and understand Gowdy’s true authority under it. When you do circle back and inform us what he can do that you would like to have him do that he hasn’t already.
