What amazes me is that those guys will blast 4-5 rounds at a bull elephant. Shooting stance is everything.

My uncle had a hard time finding strong enough wood for the stock. English walnut, cut from the lowest part of the stump they can get a piece. Not cheap stuff. A few grand for basically a 3" X 6" chunk of wood long enough for the stock.

The thought of firing a rifle and having the stock come apart is pretty frightening to me.
