Of course it’s insane. But this is the New Democratic “normal.”

Each and every lawmaker supporting this proposal should get HIV to adjust their brains.

This goes along with forcing the Red Cross to let homos give blood.

And what is the rationale? Who proposed this? Are all the “State Lawmakers” infected and now feel they don’t have to tell their partners?

Having worked in the HIV/AIDS community for almost 10 years, I can tell you most people are devastated to get HIV and I personally think to have HIV+sex and not tell your partner is tantamount to murder.

CA and its laws gets more disgusting all the time.

A group of state lawmakers thought of this?? That doesn’t make sense. Aren’t half their Sacramento expense accounts filled with “escort” service invoices!? This just doesn’t seem wise.

It is actually fairly rare for a man to get HIV (AIDS) from vaginal or oral sex with a female.

It is VERY easy for a male to infect someone else with HIV via sex acts, either heterosexual or homosexual.

IOW, a male doing this is essentially committing murder or attempted murder. And he knows it. Some actually do this ON PURPOSE. It’s been documented.

These legislators are insane.

This cannot be termed as looking out for the public welfare.

What possible good could be accomplished by this, even by the warped logic of hard-core leftists?

Oh that was proposed in the early 1980s when Aids first started to become known but was quickly shot down by the leftists. Might have saved millions of lives but no so they reaped what they had sowed.

So long as killing the person who did it is not a felony, either.
