If the court issues a flawed ruling based on political leanings, then ignore the ruling. Why do the courts think they can make up rules to suit their politics.

Gomert has a bill that will remove the courts from ruling on this it had better be moved fast

A ruling based on campaign rhetoric. Outrageous by any measure so
why hasn’t Kennedy stepped in and tossed on prejudicial grounds? The
Hawaii Judge actually said if Obongo had issued it it would have been fine.
