The young woman shot and killed by an illegal in San Francisco a couple years ago was killed by a fed’s gun that was stolen from the fed’s car after a breakin.
She was probably an affirmative action/PC hire, and sop rules meant nothing to her or this was a dead drop.
Noted .... Sad state of affairs .
