How do you vet someone who has used illegal information to live in the U.S.? How do you vet someone who comes from a different country that keeps no records of these people? How do you vet someone who has lived under the radar and has nothing to trace?
You can’t can you. Kinda solves the problem. Now somebody who worked for an industry position for a few years would have a footprint by all his W2’s. But a welfare scammer would not.
