I don’t know. I read it in a post here a little while back and have been trying to spread it around, but so far I haven’t seen anyone else using it.

I'll start using that too. When articles talk about trans-this-and-that, you have to pay hard attention to the context to figure out if it is a mentally ill woman who thinks she's a man, or a mentally ill man who thinks she's a woman. Have a label like #FakeMan or #FakeWoman would clarify that instantly. It's a nice reading aid.
