Signs on restrooms should be “XX” and “XY.”

I have long agreed with that - it saves a lot of trouble.

Restrooms in Rod & Gun or Hunt clubs were often labeled “Pointers” and “Setters”.

Restrooms in yacht clubs were labeled “Buoys” and “Gulls”.

There was never any confusion.
