“BTW, how the hell did Kid Rock manage to throw a grill in the air to shoot at it anyway? That must have been some monster-truck-sized grill launcher!”

When you have rock star money and friends as crazy as yourself ANYTHING is possible.
Just look at some of the crazy things Joe and Jane Doe pull off with just crazy friends.
YouTube is full of that kind of insanity.

Primo grill looks exactly like a Japanese Hibachi grill.

Humorous that the Americans are now making cheap Japanese knockoffs. And better quality too.

well not cheap...

Best grill ever was those little cast iron hibachi grills.
They were made in Taiwan and incredibly efficient.

Some enterprising American should bring these
back from the dead and into the market place again.

Best.
Grill.
Ever!

I believe the model for the Primo,Green Egg, etc, is the Indonisian Komodo grill.

Lodge makes a hibachi style grill that is cast right here in the USA. It’s pricey fur so little metal, but I have one that I bought a Long time ago,and I think it’s got a couple hundred years on life left. Cast iron lasts forever, low tech rules.

Ok, I only watched the second video as the first looked like it was just going to be them talking. And I suspect that he shot at some Tannerite. A propane tank would have made a bigger fireball.

I have one of those Lodge hibachis. It’s heavy and take quite a bit of charcoal.
I could cook and entire sirloin steak with four charcoal briquets on one like at the link.
(they made a double-banger twice the size of this one)
Amazing little grills. Absolutely amazing!

I've been looking for a new grill, but those I've looked at are all junk; no matter the manufacturer. They're all made in China around here.

What price range are you looking at? Most American stuff is more expensive, but it'll generally be much better made. And you can get some good, solid steel grills instead of the cheap aluminum ones from China.

And finally, here's a good one, you can sometimes find their stuff at Academy:
