If the NSA should be eavesdropping on ANYBODY in the interest of national security, it is the judges who make the decisions that can take the whole nation captive.
Who did this guy communicate with BEFORE hearing arguments, that he could write and publish a 37-page ruling within 2 hours? Who was he with? Where does his cellphone/GPS put him?
