BREAKING: Judge in Hawaii blocks Trump's new travel ban from taking effect nationwide tomorrow
(Excerpt) Read more at twitter.com ...
“Every action like that by Judge Watson today moves the country closer to when justice will be meted out in the streets...”
I don’t think we need to go down that street right now. We still have the lawful means to deal with these black-robe fascists and traitors. For the time being, let President Trump play out his plan and watch what happens, all the while keeping out intentions close to the vest and our powder dry.
.
Ignore this fool. He has no jurisdiction over national security. He is violating the separation of powers.
.
I fully support Trump ignoring this order! It seems like they are saying he cannot make immigration policy which means they are not even TRYING to interpret the law. Stop fighting in the courts Mr. President, it makes you a d the country seem weak. Ignore and call out the judge
This is crap.
Isn’t Obola vacationing in Hawaii? Maybe he went to deliver a bag of encouragement to the judge.
Trump should ignore these judges who are determined to act like dictators.
That’s exactly right. We’re seeing a true breakdown in our system. A judge acting in bad faith shouldn’t be able to trump a president acting in good faith not to mention the other two branches of government plus the people. I mean this is crazy. With all the power we have right now, surely we can figure out a fix.
Where’s the judge’s army? Navy? He has NONE.
He has no method of enforcement....NONE.
Trump should just ignore the stupid, moronic bassturd and roll on.
So we’re not allowed to control who is coming into our country during a time of war?
And this makes liberals happy?
And Charles Krauthammer continues to insist that this ban will and would have made no difference in safeguarding the safety of Americans - he and the rest of the naysayers had better be praying that the next attack on the country from within - and there will be such an attack eventually - does not originate from someone who arrived here through the porous vetting processes of one of the feckless six countries sometime between January 25th and March 20th, 2017......
I wish Trump had gone one step further to say that anyone let in because of judicial ruling that hurts an American is blood on the judiciary's hands. Put the blame squarely on them.
Maybe he's waiting for Gorsuch. No need to make bad law. Kennedy is still a loose cannon.

Appeals judge says law on Pres. Trump’s side.
California, Texas and New York resettled the most refugees in fiscal 2016 (which began on Oct. 1, 2015, and ended Sept. 30, 2016), together taking in 20,738 refugees, or about a quarter (24%) of the U.S. total. Michigan, Ohio, Arizona, North Carolina, Washington, Pennsylvania and Illinois, which each received 3,000 or more refugees, rounded out the top 10 states by number of resettled refugees. Overall, 54% of refugees admitted to the U.S. in 2016 were resettled in one of these 10 states.
At the other end of the spectrum, some states and the District of Columbia took in few or no refugees in fiscal 2016. Arkansas, the District of Columbia and Wyoming resettled fewer than 10 refugees each, while two states Delaware and Hawaii took in none.
President Trump needs to take strong direct action against Hawaii Governor David Ige and Hawaii AG Doug Shin . The judge is a dupe .
Declare martial law in Hawaii . Now there’s an idea . Remove all power from the civilian administration ,
The hearings start this Monday, March 20.
His vote is soon. A month maybe??? IDK.
I’d rather have him there than not.
The Hawaii judge based his ruling on facts not in evidence.
What’s truly unconscionable is that the Republicans are slow walking President Trump’s nominees too.
I’ve speculated all along that he’s going to have more trouble with the Republicans than the Dems.
By enemies foreign and domestic.
