Well, McTurd spends his whole day calling Trump and Rand Paul Putin’s pals.

The Constitution gives the President the authority to execute the law. Not the courts. The courts can judge the law but they do not bind the President. Let the court find the law unConstitutional if they disagree with it but in the meantime, the ban goes forward.

".....today we are not merely transferring power from one Administration to another, or from one party to another – but we are transferring power from Washington, D.C. and giving it back to you, the American People."

President Donald Trump 1/20/2017

Up the judiciary! Power to the people!

Why? The last judge to do this issued no reason. And to add insult to injury, the appeals route is through the 9th circus.

An easier way, already a power, would be for Congress to order these courts not to hear these cases, or disband them.

This requires Paul Ryan to grow a pair, however.

DOJ under Obama said AZ had no jurisdiction in Federal immigration law.
Sounds like to me, WA, HI and WI also have no jurisdiction

this cannot continue or we will lose this country..why cannot Jeff sessions over ride the judge..and just dictate to immigration it is the law of the land as presented by the president, all who fail to enforce it, fire..

we will be at civil war soon if this continues this way..very sad, but true..we are importing our enemies..send them all to Hawaii and keep them there..

Trump apparently blinked with the Seattle judge. It appears to have been a very bad mistake on his part. He essentially has enabled the Judiciary now to rule for him. Sadly, then it appears we now have to have a BRAWL to re assert his POTUS power. This is essentially anarchy, and a divider of the country that could potentially cause a civil war.

I couch all of that, because I hope and I pray that there was some sort of reason or logic to this mess that little old me doesn’t understand.

If Trump can’t nip this in the bud, imagine how the judges will act on ANYTHING he does going forward? The Dems already have threatened to use the court system to stymie his rule.

Funny, the GOP never does this kind of crap...

Okay, then tomorrow Trump should simply say that anyone from any country in the world that applies for refugee status or asylum in the US will be allowed in Hawaii beginning immediately. I’m dead serious. This is exactly what he should do.

I completely agree.

1) It is NOT a travel ban. It is an INVASION BAN (illegal immigration and immigration of enemies is an invasion).

2) Trump should reject this injunction as unfounded and proceed with his order, basing it on the constitutional mandate of the federal government:

The United States shall...protect [every state] against invasion Article VI, Section 4.

no problem, Judge. How about we make your state the central processing center for all Islamic ‘refugees’ ? Doable.

The President has the legal authority to halt all immigration indefinitely. He should do that.

Trump needs to simply tell ICE to enforce to the letter of the law. He also needs SEC State to follow the same directives. There is no need for an executive order to comply with the law.

Who enforces this edict? The black robed thug?

Seriously folks, judicial tyranny is the order of the day. Not good.

We can allow a lowly circuit judge to control the constitutional authority to execute the law. That is the President’s power. This judge must strike down the law if he doesn’t like it, but he does not bind the President.

...on principal you have to fight this all the way to the Supreme Court after Gorsech is seated...

They'll slow walk that as long as they can, so they can say for the masses that Trump should be impeached because he disobeyed a Federal Court order.

Meanwhile, Obama just did whatever the hell he wanted in many areas. It just wasn't publicized, or he was sneaky about it.

I’d like to know how the native islanders feel about this lawsuit. From what little I know of Hawaii, the native people have no love for foreigners, and have wanted their country given back to them.

What does Paul Ryan do when he gets to work, presumably in the morning?

I did some research and I think I found the answer.
