Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said on Wednesday that he'll move to subpoena any documents tied to President Trump's claim that he was wiretapped during the campaign if he doesn't hear back from FBI Director James Comey later in the day. "He hasn't answered that letter. If he doesn't answer it today, I'm going to go to the chairman of the [Judiciary] Committee, Sen. [Chuck] Grassley [R-Iowa], and seek his support to subpoena," Graham said during a Fox News radio interview.
Graham and Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) sent a letter to Comey and Dana Boente, the acting deputy attorney general, last week asking for any warrant application or court documents tied to potential legal wiretapping of the Trump campaign, Trump or Trump Tower.
Graham separately told reporters that he hadn't gotten any indication that he would hear back from the FBI by Wednesday.

Sources told Judge Napolitano that Obama admin asked British GHCQ for the Trump communications. The head of GHCQ resigned immediately after Trump took office.
So there would be no court documents or warrant applications evidencing the Brits giving these intercepts to Obama.

That doesn’t make sense. Everytime he pushes for more answers faster, he is pushing the Trump Train.
For whatever reason, he is doing the right thing here. With his pushing, it looks more and more like Comey is prevaricating.
Look how about they ask the New York Times about the story they published January 20th saying Trump’s Associates were being wiretapped
Why do they keep ignoring the stories in the paper either the papers were lying or the people doing the wire tapping are lying

Bingo. Trump had Graham to the WH for lunch two weeks ago, and it seemed to thaw things a bit (for now). I think Graham is pushing to find out what did happen at Trump Tower - and why.
Do I fully trust Graham? Heck no - but I agree he seems to have the right motives here. Also, since he’s going thru Grassley, who has been supportive of DJT

Right after Trump made his wiretap claim, Obama, Clapper and Comey were quick to announce they did not order it. Loretta Lynch said nothing.
Lynch hs been very quiet on Wiretapgate, and the drive-by’s haven’t exactly been hounding her for answers.
