That's one major reason why so many of America's biggest cities still have white mayors.
"Minority groups" don't vote together as a single bloc and this gives white guys a chance to get elected in cities where whites may be approaching minority status themselves.
The left is certain that the two minorities, blacks and hispanics will team up together to make a unified majority against (in opposition to) a smaller group of whites. Living in Texas, I don’t see Hispanics blending in with blacks and their culture and vice versa. Hispanics blend in better with whites. Blacks are generally racist and aggressive towards outsiders.
