Not a word on Facebook “trending” about this and in the KC Star tiny but above the fold headline and upon reading the story on page 2, not a mention of Maddow but all about the evil Trump refusing to fully disclose blah blah blah.
“Tonights show will be a trip to see how this mis-fit attempts to recover from an epic failure.”
The way tonight’s show should end is with Maddow making an impassioned plea to her 27 listeners that it is time to stop the madness and let the President do the job he was hired by the American people to do. Hate him all you want, but stop being an a-hole about it.
“Set aside the fact that Rachel’s hero, Hillary Clinton, took foreign donations routinely.”
Knowing Trump, there will be a tweet with, “you got to see my tax returns. Now let’s see the Clinton Foundations.”
That will set the MSM on fire.

Heck, in the East Bay Times (of San Jose), this story was buried on page 6, right below ANOTHER breathless story about some trumped-up charge against the President (pun intended). The front page was more concerned with the NCAA Basketball Tournament and the fact that the Warriors won last night.
Doesn't anybody realize that if there was anything improper about Trump's taxes that the IRS would have made an example of him long ago?
The IRS is certainly not shy about making examples of billionaires that cheat on their taxes. Just ask Michael Milken or Leona Helmsley.

Winning. My money says Trump set this up by havin the report mailed to the author who gave it to her. In her fervor to get trump she fell for the trap and made trump look better since he paid a lot in taxes. Also it was reported Trump paid more than her boss the CEO of comcast and 9 past and current hosts on MSNBC are delinquent with the IRS. Dome day these people will make their meds and stop taking on a guy who’s smarter than them.

He made a bit of an attempt to maybe cover some tracks by back tracking and saying the pages she showed were from his email box If that is the case, it is now a simple measure for investigators to find out if the files were actually stolen or where they really came from.
I didn’t know about the email explanation. That should make it very easy to track down. Either way, he still had the responsibility to verify that Trump gave written permission to publish them.
As such, one wonders how Maddow (and her staff) got those first two pages of the return, possibly in violation of Federal law in regards to privacy and disclosure of IRS tax returns.
Awww leave her alone. The professional embarrassment and disgrace is a lot better than any criminal sentence.
