One thing we now know, thanks to WikiLeaks, is, the CIA possesses the capability to make a successful hack appear to have been by the Russians when it was actually by the CIA.
The hacker community has been saying all along that it wasn’t the Russians. They have known for sometime that the CIA uses hacking tools to leave false trails.
