NBC is subject to FCC licensing, yes? Trump’s FCC can pull their license and suspend their ability to broadcast anything over the public airwaves until such a time as the criminal(s) have been brought to justice.

With the FCC equally split between dems and reps you would never get a majority to support. Plus, I think the optics would look bad for Trump. As it stands, IMO, Trump will be perceived as a victim of the corrupt DC insiders and media....
