But try to convince someone to turn off their TV. It is like a drug. I gave up TV this year (except for football but maybe that's next). I'll admit - it was hard and I went through withdrawals (not even doing Netflix or stuff like that). But now I feel great - happy and tranquil. You're correct - it is like a drug (a downer).
