Judge Nap: Obama 'Went Outside Chain of Command,' Used British Spy Agency to Surveil Trump
foxnews.com ^ | March 14, 2017

Posted on 03/14/2017 7:27:29 AM PDT by Helicondelta

"Three intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the chain of command," Napolitano said. "He didn't use the NSA, he didn't use the CIA, he didn't use the FBI, and he didn't use the Department of Justice."

Instead, Napolitano said, Obama used GCHQ, a British intelligence and security organization that has 24-7 access to the NSA database.

"There's no American fingerprints on this," Napolitano said. "What happened to the guy who ordered this? Resigned three days after Donald Trump was inaugurated."

I’m sorry for being British when I hear this news. I get that it’s a reciprocal deal, but it’s pretty shabby.

Don’t feel bad.

Heck, the Aussie PM’s didn’t know about this agreement until 1973.

“Due to its status as a secret treaty, its existence was not known to the Prime Minister of Australia until 1973,[14] and it was not disclosed to the public until 2005!”

Wonder how many Uk PMs knew about this beside Maggie. Some of them were so flaming red during the cold war.

Someone has to be whispering in Judge Napolitano’s ear.
I wonder who.

I don’t believe this one iota.

Intels covering for O, just as O is covering for them.

Scratching each others back.

This isn’t going anywhere. The American people are involved in this as well in other ways per Wikileaks, which will keep this story going. Spygate is not just about the POTUS.

He is too vocal. I think he’s afraid of being caught

This has been standard M.O. for a very long time.

Everyone who has ever participated in it should be prosecuted as spies.

It’s shouldn’t only be for the case when it happens to the President.

Oh, it’s criminal. Allowing another nation to view our stuff. Sure it has to be illegal. But, as I have said here a hundred times, none, NONE of these criminals will see a minute in jail. No charges, no convictions, no time. None of them. There are simply to many cowards in the republican, RINO party to do anything and way way way too many liberal judges to protect them. Nope. Forget it. Obammy, the Beast, Slick Willie, the former heads of the spy and cop agencies, etc., nope not a one will ever get charged. Might as well just forget it and quit driving yourself mad over it because nothing is going to happen.

There has to be at least one set of US fingerprints to connect to the Brits, right?

No American fingerprints; just Obama's...

I find this really stupid. People entrusted with information leak it to wikileaks and other sources. What does one want to bet that some arrangement like this has blown away more data to someone else?

What is the name of the person who ordered it?

Can that person be ordered to make a statement about who told him to do it?

Do it President Trump, this is one of the MAIN reasons we elected you!

@Potus needs to step up.

He does have excellent timing (some would disagree) so I will patiently wait.
