I don’t know what Trump is pulling here, I am assuming that his treasonous predecessor Barry intentionally put ObamaScamOcare into such a tangle that it’s going to take a while to unravel and rather than do it all at once, Trump is moving cautiously.
Some one who has a clue. Good to see. BTW there has never been a “free market” for insurance of any sort. Every state has a department which writes regulation for insurance companies. THAT means NO free market. And expecting these commissions to surrender their power is hopelessly optimistic.
Trump will do what he can but don’t expect miracles.
