President Donald Trump on Monday began a far-reaching reorganization of the federal government.
Trump signed the Comprehensive Plan For Reorganizing The Executive Branch, which he called a “major step towards making the federal government efficient, effective and accountable.”
Trump said the order empowers his Cabinets to revamp their departments.
“We have assembled one of the greatest Cabinets in history and I believe that so strongly,” Trump said. “And we want to empower them to make their agencies as lean and effective as possible and they know how to do it. Today there is duplication and redundancy everywhere. Billions and billions of dollars are being wasted.”
“This order requires a thorough examination of every executive department and agency to see where money is being wasted, how services can be improved and whether programs are truly serving American citizens,” Trump said.
The liberals’ legislature will be no more!!
The state will NOT shrink. At best, it will grow more slowly.
The REINS act, which has already passed the House, will remove the bureaucracy’s teeth.

Some of these truths of life may no longer be truths in the Trump era. It’s a new day.

Or a state agency. I have to fight tooth and nail to actually serve people better while most departments spend their time thinking of new ways to comply with worthless regulations or chase grants.
I place great faith in Wilbur Ross and Carl Ichan. If anyone can drain the swamp, it’s these 2.
Also March 15th should see 800,000 non essentials laid off once the debt clg. is reached.

I work for the SBA and all we do is waste ungodly sums of cash.
I came of age under Reagan and EVERYBODY said the exact same thing... The state grew and grew and grew.
And what were the Never Trumpers complaining about?
If people only knew what was really going on in the Federal Agencies, all hell would break loose.

Well, I disagree with you. If a ComDem was in office, I’d agree.
Trump is on track to do exactly what he said he would. He will drain the swamp. And what he cuts will not be missed outside of DC.
