whenever you see “top Republican”, who else is it going to be? Him, or Graham.
They have to pump up the perception that they are “top” to make whatever crap they are saying seems more credible.
They will never identify Rand Paul, Charles Grassley, or Ted Cruz as “top Republicans”.
I beg to differ. If those guys criticize Trump they will quickly recieve promotions to the rank of Top Republican.
