KAC is going to have to supply evidence of this to McJuan or retract.

Well, CNN conveniently had video of Trump being a gasket in the Oval Office.

Surprised they haven’t been prosecuted for spying yet.

Trump hasn’t provided evidence and Obama has denied the charge.

Obama has never denied it. His spokesman denied it.

I see McCainiac's still got his influential lips glued to Obama's ***. Nothing McC says is credible.

============================================

The Obama wire-tapping gang still has to face the music.

(JIM0216 hat tip)......the issue isn't whether Trump was wiretapped (Obama admitted such and apparently, there was a FISA warrant issued for the wiretapping). The issue is whether there was probable cause to issue a warrant. Probable cause is defined as the reasonable likelihood that a crime is or has been committed by the person or at the place designated........

===============================================

(REAGANGENERATION2 HAT TIP)---Trump should be able to review all 2 or 3 FISA requests (if he hasn’t already), and then let Congress determine if the requesters lied about the probable cause justifying them......then (1) you’d prove perjury, and, even worse, (2) the intent was to abuse executive power.

===========================================

A good beginning....and then it gets downright lethal for the Obama gang:

Via Breitbart, JOHN HAYWARD observed that the FISA court may have approved a warrant submitted without Trump’s name but “which Obama then misused to spy on Trump and many connected to Trump.”

Ergo the most serious legal jeopardy that might be faced would be (a) perjury for lying to the FISA court, and, (b) the dissemination of collected intelligence that should have been kept tightly classified.

===========================================

It is also entirely possible that Obama and his legal team may have perjured themselves before the FISA court by willfully withholding material information in order to manipulate the FISA court’s willingness to permit the government surveillance.

FALSIFYING GOVT DOCUMENTS would fall under the Crimes Act of 1958. Moreover, falsifying official documents is the criminal MO to hide larger crimes.

EXCERPT A person falsifying documents can be held criminally liable if they are deliberately acting with the intention of deceiving or defrauding another party.

Falsifying documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony. This means that a person charged with falsifying documents may be subject to the following legal penalties:
◾Having to pay a monetary fine
◾Incarceration in a prison facility

Depending on the gravity of the offense, as well as individual state laws, falsifying documents can result in a prison sentence of 5-10 years.

And if official government documents or govt authorities were involved, the legal penalties may be more severe. Legal penalties may increase with repeat offenses.

Many different types of acts can be considered as falsifying a document, including:
◾Altering or misrepresenting fact-based information
◾Stating false information when requested to provide truthful statements
◾Forging a signature
◾Using official letterheads without authorization
◾Knowingly using or distributing a fake document

The penalty for falsifying government documents is outlined in the Crimes Act of 1958.

Does the TV have to be turned on? If so, then just turn it off. If not, shoot it.

Conway tells New Jersey’s Bergen County Record “there are many ways to surveil each other.” She says “you can surveil someone through their phones, certainly through their television sets — any number of ways.” Conway didn’t offer any evidence for the remark.

Seriously? Conway says people can be surveiled any number of ways including through phones an TVs, and the NY Post says she didn't offer any evidence for the remark. Phones have been surveiled for decades, and TV news has discussed ad nauseum the CIA leaks that people can be surveiled through their TVs. Is this really in doubt at the NY Post? Or does the paper just attach the "without any evidence " line to every story that touches Ttump?

FBI director James Comey has privately urged the Justice Department to dispute Trump’s claim but has not come forward to do so himself.

This (bold) should speak VOLUMES to anyone with a functioning brain. Comey won't deny it himself because he knows it's true.

Honestly, I think her credibility is shot to pieces these days, and I don’t see her as an asset to the Trump message.

In fact as a day 1 Trump fan myself - she’s getting pretty irritating and a distraction.

She did a wonderful job on the campaign, but she’s not a voice that is going to reach the people the President needs to reach. At very least, she needs a time out.

If the Obama admin was spying on Trump, which there is every reason to believe - then get the god damn evidence out there properly instead of making yourselves look so foolish - or be a bit smarter and shut your mouth until the ducks have been lined up.

Why not have the president himself address the public with the evidence?

EXTREMELY FAKE NEWS!

Anyone who reads the quote they published can see that is a general statement and the evidence became a matter of public record about a week ago when it was published by Wikileaks.

Have they been living under a rock or something — of course not, they are competing to try to parse even general, factual statements as crazy talk. Shamelessly dishonest.

While Trump may have the evidence, in this case he is using Kellyanne to punk the media, Obama, and John McCain.

Trump has a gift for knowing how the public sees things and what they want.

He also has a gift for knowing how to use that knowledge to punk people that oppose him (including those in the media).

This is where the media is purposely misunderstanding the situation. Trump used the term “wiretap”. He was not wiretapped. But he was listened to. And the CIA won’t allow the disclosure of how he was listened to. Kellyanne also can’t say it. The press KNOWS this. They know that nobody can actually give specifics. And they use this to say that Trump is not giving evidence. This is just one more reason we all know the press is against us. They have taken off the mask, and reveled themselves as the Globalists.
