Move the 9th from the uber-high cost of San Francisco to say, Eugene, Or, or Bakersfield. Let Trump negotiate the rent. Has benefit that lower cost of living = lower wages, lower retirement costs.
Eureka makes some really nice housing at a reasonable cost. Spent a lot of nights in one during my scoutmaster days.
