Keep in mind so many of us are not Republicans any longer, but for Trump, who borrowed their ticket to run on.

No more allegiance to the RINO ESTABLISHMENT again.

Trump knows them, as well, and was as at least as sick of them as we were. Remember, he said, “our stupid politicians”? Republicans were not excluded.

The Republicans are not as “conservative” as posters here but far more so than the Democrats. The biggest issue with them is their terror of taking on the Fake News propagators. This is how Trump won by taking them on and shoving their @@@@ down their throats.

Any effort to drag the party to the far Right will splinter it for no good reason.

I am all for making it more conservative but splintering it before the Democrat party is destroyed is folly of the highest order, a guarantee of Leftist domination for decades.

In point of fact the GOP has been steadily gaining influence and winning elections across the nation. Obviously it is doing something right.

Hard core conservatives have won few seats so that success is not due to them. Many fought Trump to the bitter end because he wasn’t “conservative” enough illustrating their incapacity to recognize political reality.
