Your clear implication was that the GOP today is much less conservative than in Reagan’s time. That is utter nonsense.

If you would have supported the GOP during Reagan’s time there is NO reason not to support it today. He would be pleased with it turning to the right and its appeal to the voters. Had that been the case when he was president no doubt much more would have been done.

Not only was the GOP then more moderate but there were Democrats who were “conservative” on the political scale generally Southern Democrats.

By all means, throw your support behind today's Obama Republicans! The DemocRAT Party applauds you!

There is no doubt that unwarranted criticism does nothing but HELP the RATS, your stupid label and silly videos notwithstanding.

Fortunately, the triumph of Trump is a clear sign that a realist has become titular head of the party foretelling future success.

No need to help the RATS when we've got Republicans doing it. They don't call it the UniParty for nothing.

But by all means, you keep living in your fantasy world that there's a true opposition Party left. The Republican leadership in the House and Senate are nothing more than the Democrat's Kapos.

I understand where you're coming from, but afraid you're behind the times. Imho, the "R" Party has nothing. Without Trump they arevdead as a party, fully splintered, and fully UniParty. The purist Right thought priestly Croooze could win, as if he could win a general election, on no votes but theirs. Laughable. No Trump, no party. There is no more strategy left to save us from the treacherous party, full of Leftist leaning leadership. Who would want to save this?

Trump is not responsible for Republicans taking over state houses, state legislatures and large numbers in the Senate and House. The complaints of a tiny minority don’t amount to anything serious.

He has yet to have a major impact on the party, that is yet to come.

Once the Democrat party is destroyed (and it is far from being destroyed) splitting the GOP is the height of folly until then.

People here have the bad habit of misidentifying people they disagree with as “Leftist”. There are few, if any, “Leftists” in the GOP much less the leadership.

McManiac is not a leftist, nor is Ryan nor McConnell.

Your correct observation about Ted shows that you actually agree that splitting the party would be insanity and suicidal.

The resentment toward the R Party leadership has resulted in calling them “Leftists”, for a reason.

If it’s true that “ You teach what you tolerate “, then they’ve earned it, over the course of the last eight years of Obama.

Remember Mississippi is a perfect example of their machine politics feathering the bed for the Left, by derailing conservative insurgents, in order to keep the UniParty/Establishment trains running on time.

Ryan and McCain cause very little problem to the Left, and are over their allotment causing trouble to the exploding conservative movement.

Both of them pal up with the Left, McCain with Hillary, Ryan with Guiterriz, never leading a single charge on the issues of interest to the conservative movement.

Then along comes Trump. They despise him. They are actively working against him, by not working for him, and it was McCain who took the Russian gossip against Trump to the FBI. Ryan disinvited Trump to a Wisconsin rally, feigning moral purity, but mostly fearing being crushed by a mad giant representing we the people.

The R Party is my enemy. After Trump their will be no replacement. I have no idea what America’s future will be beyond Trump. Pence? LOL.

The leadership of the party correctly reflect the beliefs of the majority of the GOP. They are not Leftist. Cowards, maybe. Fools, maybe but just because they are not 100% in agreement with us on FR does not make them Leftist. There are objective ratings on the libconservative scale and they make it clear that there is a huge difference in the Congressmen. It is foolish to think that our problems are only with the leaders. It is far deeper than that.

It might take a century to eliminate the Leftist rot and any criticism of the GOP’s leaders will just make that process take longer. Any criticism should be kept private to deprive the Fake News outlets of the chance of aiding the Democrats by amplifying a thousand fold any disagreement and you know they will.

It is the Democrats fondest wish to split the GOP which would give them a hammerlock on the nation never to be removed.
