No we can’t say a child born is a boy. You have to wait till that child grows up, and then see what that person’s gender identity/gender expression is. He may have male characteristics at birth, but it’s bigoted to say it’s a boy based on that.

The USAF needs to get back to allowing only male combat pilots to be in charge. This warm and fuzzy homosexual and touchy feely women's coddling is weakening our defense. I saw it coming forty years ago and it has really gotten out of hand.
