Not that easy...
I have a VA carry permit and I would be somewhat reluctant to intervene in a few cities ... NEW YORK definitely on top of that list, NJ, Baltimore, WashDC a few others on East Coas - sorry, you are on your own when it comes to me.
Of course each case has to be rated on its own merits but....
I could probably save the Mayors life and the SOB would have me arrested because I had a weapon in NYC.
I carry when I go to NY and am definitely taking a ‘chance’ but I would rather feel safe than vulnerable.
Now I would definitely make a call but keep on going etc.
