Yes and no. OCSD issued CCW permits on the initial ruling then stopped when it was reversed on appeals. I received one but now it has expired and it does not appear they will renew it. Likely OCSD will issue again when the SCOTUS rules in favor of the initial decision.

It must be disgusting to have a sheriff that only ALLOWS you to protect yourself when the courts force her to do so.

I have a work acquaintance who got his permit renewed just last month.
