I posted the Contents page only for the .pdf.

In the past I have been able to extract .txt from .pdf documents with pdf2txt. Was unable to make my current copy work with this document.

However you can view it from the source and save to a local file for future reference and study. You will not like what you read.

I am often critical of the UN. But this is a place where I think they serve an important purpose. It won't end despots, but will make the abuses more visible to the free world.

Turkey is evolving into the next Iran. They’ve gone full tilt militant jihadi muslim.

Time to drop them from NATO, pull out all of our resources from there, and start treating them like the hostile nation that they are.

It is not good. And it is not a new problem.

The Turk military at one point kept the islamists in check. Erdogan is an Islamist.

It is not time to be a non-Muslim in Turkey or anyone who disagrees with their direction.

They have practiced genocide a number of times and will again I think.

It is the same one listed as the source, but it is not clear that is the case.

Wait a minute, they aren’t denouncing Israel anywhere in this document...it can’t be from the UNHRC.

Erdogan came to power initially with Kurdish support, as the opposition to the former regime, which discriminated against Kurds, and forbade teaching in the Kurdish language.

When he lost the support of the Turkish Kurdish party (HDP) with his increasingly despotic policies, he turned on them with a fury - launching a virtual civil, and using the Army to attack Kurdish majority areas like Diyarbakir, which he had devastated early in 2016.

It really has been a human rights disaster inside Turkey.

Well, that is an important observation.

I will say, the Kurds and Israel have a pretty good relationship.

Contrary to public opinion, Kurds are mixed as to religion. It varies greatly, how much so, by what country and city they are in.

Most of the Jewish Kurds immigrated to Israel.

Syrian Kurds accept any faith (except for Islamist terrorists), even no faith. There are a number who are atheists. (I don’t support that)
