I have seen nothing yet that is clear regarding the victims. The original story mentioned this couple being witnesses to a previous murder and that this neighborhood is 95% foreign born.
Using “Swedish” woman in the headline here could be a bit of a twist to sensationalize.
Good point. Crappy headline in all respects. They didn't laugh (so far as anyone knows) as they were slitting her throat, either, but later after they were arrested.
