My friend’s family restaurant was recently on Bizarre Foods with what’s-his-name. Their specialty is calf fries. As she likes to explain them, “Calf fries are the difference between a bull and a steer.”
They’re not too bad, actually. Fried up nice with a good dipping sauce.
But I gotta draw the line at brains.
