I was talking about Rand’s bill.
So was I. His bill is the same thing the GOP passed numerous times because they knew obama would veto it. Hence, unless they're willing to pass it now, when it would NOT be vetoed, every other bill was just a part of a big dog and pony show designed to satisfy the 'rubes' back home and fuel fundraising.
