How many times did the House vote to repeal Obmacare when Obama was in office? Now it can’t be done?

To answer my own question:

"In the past few years, the House has voted more than 60 times to repeal or alter Obamacare, but Republicans had no hope a repeal would become law as long as Obama was president and could veto their bills."

Read the article. We don’t have 60 votes in the Senate to completely repeal & replace Ocrapcare. Read about the bills the GOPe passed that claimed to repeal Ocrapcare that only defunded it. Understand why with less than 60 votes in the Senate this can only be done via the reconciliation process.

Being informed is always better than not.
