No, I think this is a good release. It’s gotta get thru the Senate so there are features in this that can be horsetraded to pass.
We don’t have an Obama-2009 magnitude majority. Merely a majority so you lose a Senator here and there, you won’t pass it. There is enough stuff in this bill to horsetrade away and get it passed.
President Trump tweeted positively about this, so I think they’re coordinating with him.
