Send him some used toilet paper

He’d understand that given his employer

How about a campaign to unseal Obama’s records, all of them?

And a call for him to produce a legitimate birth certificate?

If we gave him fake tax returns, could he publish those, and get fired for being gullible and stupid enough to believe them?

HE IS CONSPIRING WITH HIM, and as soon as he published his address, that my friends is an “OVERT ACT” in furtherance of a Conspiracy to Violate Federal Law, He should have ALREADY BEEN ARRESTED!

A conspiracy requires an agreement between two or more people to commit a crime. Kristof has committed no crime. He's babbling out into the Twittersphere. There is no agreement made.

Freepers really need to quit imagining all of their political opponents are committing crimes. Leave that to the Democrats.

The NYT is so biased now, that the only explanation is that they are a crime organization intent on overthrowing the elected executive branch of the USA. Someone needs to bring a RICO case against them.

Amazing. They can’t find any dirt on Trump? The Paper of Jayson Blair can’t just post a phony tax return showing that the Trumps donated $3M to ISIS?

But if you're in IRS and have a certain president's tax return that you'd like to leak, my address is: NYT, 620 Eighth Ave, NY NY 10018.

That's not Nick's real address.

He sure lives in some swell digs for a journalist. A better than $2 million dollar house?

Hmmmmmm.

Soliciting someone to Commit a Felony on your behalf is NOT A CRIME??? Whether there was an Agreement or Not, this is an OPEN SOLICITATION TO COMMIT A FELONY.

Charles Manson never Harmed a SINGLE PERSON, He merely Solicited for someone else to do it for him, Why was he put in Prison for Life

Nope. Not a crime. In Krisof's case, it is absolutely protected free speech.

Charles Manson never Harmed a SINGLE PERSON, He merely Solicited for someone else to do it for him, Why was he put in Prison for Life

Manson in fact did enter in an agreement with one or more other people to commit a crime. Therefore, Manson did enter into a conspiracy.

I hope that clears the matter up for you.

Just copy your own return, take a heavy black marker and remove most. Better still, scan it, put new numbers where you will, black out name, address and SSN. Wait for your five minutes of fame in the NYT if you did a good job.

http://criminal.findlaw.com/criminal-charges/solicitation.html

Elements of Solicitation

Though state laws vary, to be guilty of solicitation, one must:

request that someone else engage in criminal conduct; and
have the intention to engage in criminal conduct with that person.

States vary as to whether the other person must receive the request, or whether the act of making the request (along with criminal intent) is enough to constitute solicitation. Some require that the other person actually receive the request.

He REQUESTED someone else to engage in Criminal Conduct, then he PUBLICLY STATED he was going to ENGAGE in CRIMINAL CONDUCT with whoever gave him the fruits of this FELONY.

So it depends on which STATE you are in, what does NY Law Say.

I still think you are wrong, and I would bet you a Dollar tat if you put an AD in your local Paper asking for someone to ROB the Local Bank and give you the MONEY, The FEDS would ARREST YOU AND CHARGE YOU.

I am willing to PAY $10,000 towards your Criminal Defense if you wish to test out my Theory.
