Liberal Delaware Sen. Chris Coons caused a stir last week when he indicated during a televised interview that yet-undisclosed transcripts of recorded phone conversations conclusively prove that elements of the Trump campaign explicitly colluded with the Russian government during the 2016 presidential election. Yet widely-circulated "bombshell" reports from the New York Times and CNN in recent weeks quoted sources who had no choice but to underline that there is no evidence of such coordination, and that the alleged contacts between Trump allies and Russian officials were not even necessarily unusual in nature. Therefore, it's understandable why this statement from Coons -- a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee -- touched off a fresh, feverish round of breathless speculation and rumors. COONS: I think it’s important that the outcome of that counter-intelligence investigation be fully shared with the intelligence committees, both in the House and the Senate. There are transcripts that provide very helpful, very critical insights into whether or not Russian intelligence and senior Russian political leaders, including Vladimir Putin, were cooperating, were colluding with the Trump campaign at the highest levels to influence the outcome of our election. And if that information is stonewalled or hidden away and if we are not able to get that on the Senate intelligence committee, House intelligence committee then I think that has real consequences for our democracy.
MITCHELL: Do such transcripts exist? Is that what you’re saying?
COONS: I have not seen them. I believe they exist.

Disinformation tactics. Plant a serious sounding claim followed by press coverage and concern, let that fade and then quietly back off later. Very little coverage of the walk-back by the media seals the deal.

If those transcripts don’t exist and the FISA court requests don’t exist, just what does?
A lot of people, Senators, Congressmen, Media, sticking their necks out for Obama and Hillary. It’s not a very smart play. Humpty Dumpty is in the process of falling off the wall.
Apparently the FISA court requests DO exist - which is a serious problem for the Left if those transcripts don’t.
Someone’s gonna have to explain why the tap request was made, rejected, modified, resubmitted, granted, and revealed absolutely nothing - when there was nothing to justify the initial request, and the second the result of BS word games.

If the intel committee comes out and says that there was no wiretap or on going investigation, Coons, Pelosi, Shumer and any other Congresscritter that has pushed the falsity that Trump was under continuous investigation when he wasn’t, that Trump was connected to Russia when he wasn’t, should resign by Friday, no pension no benefits. As should every single so-called reporter who has pushed the lie. Tapper, Maddox, Hayes, Morning Joe, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, et al.

There is no evidence of any Rooski hokey pokey. This was just another Obama Snowflake myth and fairy tale. “College kids” are morons these days. Since they haven’t done a damn thing this semester, they need to go take an early “spring break”. Load up on drugs and alcohol and mellow out. Give the American people a break for a change.

This is the guy who let Joe Biden grope his wife on stage and on worldwide TV.

Well... yes there was. As usual in these cases, it was certain 'Russian' officials who were trying to help the DNC win the election, and further to try and destroy Trump and his administration.
The Russian Ambassador specifically. He's the one that was either wired or conveyed the conversation between himself and Trump's staff to the DNC/Obama.
