Well for one thing, those are not just "windows". That is bullet proof glass, much the same as what is used for those limos that transport the President. No one knows the specs on them but I assure you it would take one hell of shot and armor piercing bullet to do the job especially from the distance that would be required to do it without detection.

Actually it is not in there, it is from outside looking through a window. Also it is impossible to tell that it is an animated discussion at all, or what the discussion is even about. More fake news for sure, intended to show dysfunction within the Oval Office.
