A senior White House official tells the New York Times that White House counsel, Donald F. McGahn is now searching for a FISA warrant or series of warrants allegedly issued in an Obama-era investigation of Donald Trumps ties to a shifty Russian bank.
The official says that McGahns office wants access to any order, issued by the ultra-secretive Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, relating to President Trump, his campaign, or his immediate associates.
Those documents are usually only available to law enforcement, and while the White House has the authority to request the documents, they typically dont largely because the Department of Justice is supposed to be insulated from political pressure to take on, or complete, an investigation.

:: Donald Trumps ties to a shifty Russian bank ::
So the “Russian Bank” in question is found to be ^shifty^ because they do not adhere to and are not regulated by USA rules (Dodd-Frank)?
REALLY?

POTUS has the authority to see anything requested by or issued to any department, agency, or individual of the executive branch, including denied or approved FISA warrants. Neither the DOJ nor the FISA court (or any court) can obstruct this. If they try, bring on the Constitutional crisis...and the Article V Convention of States.

Fake News...they are just speculating on the Obvious. I would request the proof too. I bet Trump already has it, and is just trolling them. By this time next year, only the snowflakes will believe anything they print.

I would assume that they have electronic copies as well as hard copies. If they’re all missing, well, not good.
I would also have assumed that Trump already has copies of theses

What anyone should have already learned is that if Trumps says something outrageous, it always turns out to be true.
The above is nothing but window dressing. POTUS already has all the evidence he needs.

When I was in DC about 1985, stayed at the Capitol Hilton. A DC cop came in. The Russian?? Embassy had just been robbed.
The FBI kicked ALL the DC cops out. Remember the cop saying....FBI...hell, they shred everything.

Is that what the FISA Court Rules of procedures say ?
Rule 62. Release of Court Records. (a) Publication of Opinions. The Judge who authored an order, opinion, or other decision may sua sponte or on motion by a party request that it be published.
Upon such request, the Presiding Judge, after consulting with other Judges of the Court, may direct that an order, opinion or other decision be published.
Before publication, the Court may, as appropriate, direct the Executive Branch to review the order, opinion, or other decision and redact it as necessary to ensure that properly classified information is appropriately protected pursuant to Executive Order 13526 (or its successor).
(b) Other Records. Except when an order, opinion, or other decision is published or provided to a party upon issuance, the Clerk may not release it, or other related record, without a Court order.
Such records must be released in conformance with the security measures referenced in Rule 3.
