This is going to take undeniable proof. Paperwork, I guess. Need to get around the legalese and down to clear facts--was Trump Tower wiretapped? Was it by anyone in the US government or associated with the US government? Did the Obama administration or any government official know about it, when, and did Obama know about it? What did they do with the information obtained? Where is it now?

I want to see proof it occurred, proof Obama and company knew about it, who requested it, who did it, where is the information, and who had access to it. Proof that even the most ignorant Democrat or media cannot dismiss.

A random server-to-server connection someone found is not enough. If it is, anyone is eligible to be tapped at any time for no reason.

How did it take 6 weeks in office for President Trump to learn that Trump Tower was wiretapped? Who in the government had this information but withheld it from the President? Under what authority? Unless Trump is individually the target, it seems to me that he needs to know who around him was investigated and why. Absent some statutory authority to the contrary, the full executive power of the government resides in the president.

The FBI then claimed to Jewell that they were making a Training Videotape simulation in which a perp under questioning breaks down and confresses to a bombing, “Ah shucks, our actor crapped out, got sick, say Richard, would ya help us FBI guys out..?”

A micrometer away from consenting to help them with their “training video”, Jewell suddenly realizes if he cooperated with “his friends”, they might turn around use the tape against him in the world famous bombing that just transpired.

He calls his ex-roomate, a lawyer, who admonishes Jewell that he’s in very grave danger. He leaves the FBI questioning and AVOIDS LIFE IN PRISON BY A WHISKER.

There’s an “off” tone to the Dummies in the Swamp about this. Most seem to be confused by it but one notes that the response from Obama’s forces is “carefully worded” noting that Obama never ordered surveillance against a “US citizen.” So that’s where he’s chosen to grab and hold on. The first FISA request included Trump’s name in an unknown (to us) context and was rejected. The second FISA was narrower in scope and did not include any mention of Trump’s name. That one was approved - so Obama is claiming since there was never a successful FISA against Trump that included his name, Obama is “innocent”. One swamp sap notes that others on DU are saying there should have been zero response from Obama’s camp.

Good grief, we have some really dense people reporting in our day and age.

1. Earlier, it was reported the FISA warrant request described a ***possible*** connection to a Russian Bank.

2. All FISA warrant requests must have an international foreign party. Otherwise, a warrant request must go through US Courts or an international court.

3. The report from Gateway Pundit, an outfit whose products I generally subscribe to, writes in a manner that there is no question that a server in Trump Tower “was connected to” a Russian Bank.

4. Now how does anyone know what was in the FISA warrant request?

Trump Tower Manhattan is a big place zoned for mixed use, 68 stories, 10 stories for the base atrium as part of 26 stories for offices and stores, 39 stories for residences comprising 270 condominiums and then the Trump Organization and the personal Penthouse of Donald Trump occupying the top 3 floors. All the floor heights are taller than comparable building heights so the total height of the building is more than 68 typical stories.

5. The largest Chinese government-controlled bank ‘The Industrial & Commercial Bank of China Ltd.’ operates in the Trump Tower. It is highly probable, as in with probability one, that this bank has a server tied to a Russian bank and with many many other banks around the world.

6. A FISA warrant request for tapping Trump Tower based on a ‘server linked to a Russian Bank’ would give, in light of one of the largest banks in the world operating inside Trump Tower, carte blanche to launch a giant fishing expedition for monitoring all communications, transactions, correspondence and file packets coming into and going out of the building ASSOCIATED WITH THE BANK IN QUESTION. Communications intercepted from the Trump Campaign and from Donald Trump’s personal residence WOULD BE ILLEGAL unless there were probable cause to believe the Trump Campaign and Donald Trump were involved in the Chinese bank’s communication with a Foreign bank

7. If the FBI/NSA did, in fact, monitor the Trump’s campaign and personal communications, then that is a crime.

NARROWED DOWN TO EQUIPMENT IN TRUMP TOWER.

That would very likely be the Chinese Bank’s servers linked to Russian Banks and other banks which is normal for international banks.

9. If President Trump has evidence of Obama’s FBI listening to his campaign or his personal communications, then he has evidence of a felony committed by the Obama Administration.

10. Fact: if the Trump Administration has evidence of an Obama conspiracy to violate the law, the Obama underlings will likely agree to a plea deal in exchange for testimony leading to Lynch, Jarrett and others at the highest level. If any of Obama’s inner circle turn evidence on Obama, Obama may be the first President in US history to be charged with a felony.

My sense is that President Trump will decide to either prosecute Obama and all his minions. or reach a deal with them in return for enormous, massive political concessions. Either way, the democrats and their progressive socialism era will be brought to an end.
