Can Moron Governor Moonbeam's supersonic train to nowhere handle flood waters?

Can the proposed stations, parking lots and access roads?

I think we now have a better understanding of how the Oroville dam disaster could happen.

Well, the state may have a dangerous leaky, collapsing dam but at least they will still have their $64 billion dollar Bullet Train To Nowhere!
