If Pence became President - by some act of Sedition - Paul Ryan would be next in line for VP - and I don’t think anybody with a brain would stand in the way of Ryan taking that spot .. if they do .. they are likely to get run over.

The Constitution demands, President, VP, Speaker of the House .. in that order. I’ve forgotten where it goes from there, but the positions are ELECTED, not appointed people.

The Constitution states President, Vice President. But after that, it’s statute law, specifically the Succession Act of 1798 and its amendments, that decides the further order of succession.

And since when have the dems and rinos cared one bit about the constitution?

And please explain Gerald Ford.
He was House minority leader when he was named VP.
Going strictly by the constitution he shouldn’t have been named VP.
