She is fully documented. She is a documented felon who has been repeatedly arrested and deported.
Deporting her clearly doesn’t work. It is time for long term imprisonment.
Better yet.
Deport it to someplace that doesn’t have a land route back to the US. Somalia is a good candidate, as is Libya.
