No WAY would any ‘school for profit (HORROR)’ have NOT told the parent(s) to come pick up their ‘little angel’ and find another local...sorry, no refunds; it’s going to effect their reputation\enrollment (aka bottom line).
Not only that, but the 1st check that had to be written, those parent(s) will DAMN well be sure their enrollee IS a ‘little angel’ ($$ on the check and knowing they forfeit any $$ on expulsion).
Added benefit of everyone assuring the best bang-for-$$ too.

My wife went to elementary through high school in Lake Jackson and Angleton.
It was not until university that she realized that:
a) Dragons are mythical creatures that do not exist in the physical sphere, and
b)Not all Jews died in the Holocaust, and in fact there are lots of Jews walking around among us to this very day.
No, I am not making this up.
I don’t know what went on in that district back in the day, but they truly did her a disservice.
We laugh about it now.
In my wife’s room, last year I think, one yoot started throwing things.
EVERYTHING.
She tried talking to him, raising her voice. Called the Administration office for backup. Nobody came.
Kids were at risk as ALL the objects in the classroom continued to fly. So she pulled the emergency alarm (there is one per room) and declared a fire-drill for her class. She marched all the other kids out in a line.
It took over an hour for several Administrators to show up, get control of the kid, and get him out of the classroom. Eventually (IIRC) it took a 6’ 240 lb. guy to bear hug the 3rd grader to remove him.
Literally EVERY SINGLE THING in the classroom had been torn down and thrown. Every bookshelf overturned. Every drawer removed and thrown. Every kid’s backpack. The entire teacher’s desk. EVERY SINGLE THING.
It took most of a day with my wife and several other teachers and administrators to put the room back together.
To my knowledge, the kid was not punished in any way. He returned to the classroom with NO MARK in his record.
Why?
He was black.
That principal was PROMOTED last year because her statistics demonstrated that she didn’t discriminate against the black kids by punishing them disproportionately.
That was a specific 0bama-declared policy. 0bama himself set that policy.
While she is personally extremely fit and able to control the kids physically if necessary (unlike most other teachers), she is not allowed to do so.
My wife will do anything other than teach next year. Flipping burgers is superior work.
If my child was out of control and a danger to himself and others, i’D be grateful that they prevented that.
Nope. Those kids are bad.
One is in juvi now (the older one) for stealing an Iphone and attacking a little girl on the school bus.
They were bad from the beginning and all the love in the world has not changed them one bit.
Both of their father's are serving life terms in prison and the mother has had three other kids taken from her custody.
No they have been abused.

The real reason the left doesn’t want armed teachers. They’d be capping their snowflake students in self defense. At least at the Jr.- and Sr.-High level.
They are the abusers.
They also harm animals.
