Just FYI, that is a fake photo of a real event. Sanger did talk to the KKK in NJ about her desire to rid the USA of blacks, Jews, Irish, and Italians, but there are no photos of the event.

Fake pictures are as bad when used by our side as when the other side uses them. Additionally, Margaret Sanger was herself of Irish ancestry, and it is improbable that her racism extended to her own kind. Besides, many American white Protestants are of Welsh or Scottish Highland ancestry, and thus just as Celtic as the Irish. She did operate her first birth control clinic in a Jewish neighborhood in Brooklyn, so there may be some truth to an anti-Semitism charge.
We don't strengthen our case when we regurgitate falsehoods.

"Just FYI, that is a fake photo of a real event."Yes, you're right. The Margaret Sanger photo is the photoshopped 2005 Winner of the Margaret Sanger Art Contest. Sanger did speak at a KKK rally in Silver Lake, NJ, and wrote about it in her autobiography. More winning art about Margaret Sanger is here.
