Dreamers are not actively “illegals”, under legal definition, but innocents raised in a country of their birth, the USA.
Actually, the “dreamers” were born in Mexico and Central America, not the U.S.A., but were brought here as infants or young children by their illegal alien parents.
That’s how I understand the issue....they were not born on American soil, correct?
