Paedophiles should not face jail for looking at pornographic images of children unless they are a physical threat to youngsters, says Britain’s most senior child protection officer.

Notice "physical" threat. Nothing about emotional threat, psychological threat, etc. They could even "groom" future sex-kiddies by showing them porn, and they wouldn't yet be a "threat"??

And no mention of the hellish harm done to "youngsters" in the making of this porn. Everybody who is any part of that "industry," purveyor or customer, is answerable for the damages to the souls of these children.
